Structural Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Structural Designer to join our team. The Structural Designer will be responsible for designing and creating structural plans and specifications for a variety of building projects, ranging from small renovations to large-scale commercial or industrial structures. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, including proficiency in structural analysis and design software, as well as a deep understanding of building codes and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities will include:​

• Develop structural plans and specifications for building projects, including calculations, drawings, and documentation.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure that designs are functional, safe, and cost-effective.

• Perform structural analysis.

• Interpret and apply building codes and regulations

• Ensure that designs comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

• Calculate quantity take offs, prepare BOQ's etc.

Job Qualifications

Extensive experience in early design phases such as concept design, schematic design and also a good grip on design development and working drawing stages Strong conceptual, graphic and design skill On-site observation experience.

• Minimum of 3 Years of experience in the infrastructure industry.

• Strong Leadership Skills

• Possess excellent communication skills
